haha im back from choir camp and chalet! and feeling unhappy cos it all went by too fast!
okay so on monday i stayed up till like 2 to finish up some last minute stuff and printing and PACKING MY BAG for camp lol.
okay so on the morning of the camp, me and ruth met first at je and went to school. saw kenghwee running back to bus stop. then he told us he going home to get choir fund. i was like huh 15 dollars only go back home for what, jus go borrow la. then ruth reminded me he was the treasurer and that his choir fund prolly means THE choir fund. lol and so he came back at around 12+ dunno why. haha. and anw my group's attendance was hilarious. 2 out of 6 people came, excl the facilitators. and due to that, my group was split into 2 and each pair went to diff groups. gina and i went to group 4, chingxing and xuewen went to group 5. then gina swopped with yuanfang. so my group had yuning tszkiu yuanfang hanee qinhui kenghwee and me! at first kenghwee wasnt thr ma. so super awk for me. how to talk to 5 girls whom im nt familiar with! then okay la went to queensway to have lunch. groups 1,3,4,5 were there i think. 1 and 4(mine) went to macs, 3 and 5 went to have curry chicken. and so we brainstormed for the performance. it was so damn funny la LOL. lucky in the end kenghwee and i didnt have the role of the uh. newly wed couple LOL. then we went anchor point to buy sweets for the performance. yujun also helped us buy some. then i nvr saw the sweets again ROAR. went back to school.
firstly, captain underpants! haha nvr did i expect them to be so enthu and hiong! hahahah. so throughout the game we saw socks, scotchtape balls, toilet rolls, candles and even radish flying all about! damn funny la ahhaha. i thought my group was alr good enough to get 1845 points. then germ's group got like 5100+! hah.
second! we had music trove! heard people say that "time to say goodbye" sung by andrea bocelli was a hideous song. lol anw the group that was searching for it was dragged down by him lor lol. then kenghwee ran around the school hiding again. my group was first for that!
then we had uhhhh prison break! omg my memory's failing me even though the camp took place a mere 4 days ago. super fun game! kept getting caught by group 1. then they had many yellow tapes on the back of their score sheet lol. we had a pathetic 5 tapes while they had 51. seeeee, this proves that central locations are easily targetted by surrounding areas. fun game too!
had a break from 5-6. calvin, junjie(sit outside cont classroom emo), pekkhoon, chingxing and i went to settle our night trail station. i assume my group discussed for the performance lol.
then we were late for dinner roar. i felt really turned off by the food. or maybe tis was the start of my loss of appetite.
then campfire! i helped calvin with his station at the grandstand. yes people, imo thats the scariest. could hear all the groups screaming away even though we were at container classrooms. heard that mingjun did smth disgusting here huhs. so disappointed with him hahah.
then aft that i went to get my speakers and stuff. then hid outside the hall. u noe, the place outside, thats in between hall and np room? i sat there with calvin and played songs. haha. then went back to my group when it was about time for their performance.
movie screening was up nxt! hidden floors. didnt watch much of it anw. left halfway for night trail station. waited quite long for the night trail to start. turned out that we had a hard time scaring the groups LOL so in the end we decided to jus let the groups sight sing and go. can find sight singing talents ma. lol. gina sang it quite well. then the funny thing is this la. the classroom had no traps whatsoever. nor anyth scary! then some groups had trouble even getting past the door LOL. jus nice the dustbin was behind the door. hubert opened the door and the dustbin sorta pushed it back. then the whole group thought thr was someone behind the door lol. tszkiu was clever enough to jus shine a torch under the door and realise it was an unscary red thingy behind the door. so i was stuck in that thingy for maybe an hour and a half. without aircon, with windows closed and stuff. imagine how dehydrated i was. trail finished at around 1245 i think. then debrief and stuff until 0120. first we went to take a shower. super cold laaaaa. then decided not to slp. went to the hall to slack. walked the track listening to angry person speak. angry here actually means uh. super angry la! omg haha. walk walk walk walk walk many many rounds. prolly near 4km. ha then sat down at the swing listen to that person speak. kept ruth amanda and i awake. till he left at around 0430. then we started feeling slpy! went to slp at 5, saying that we'll wake up at 6. i did. but the other 2 didnt. amanda's alarm was audible thruout the whole hall lol.
okay then woke up at like 7. packed as bmt ppl were coming in. played elope! kaisong came and his hair was so cute! kenghwee and mingjun too! LOL. then had breakfast. didnt eat much. loss of appetite. then we had small games like cat and mouse! super funny la! esp when mingjun was the mouse. the group will jus welcome the cat in LOL. then scavenger hunt. hohoho. my group was the first again! but we had such a hard time searching for our prize. then in the end it was on a freaking plant that was shorter than us! ROAR. went back to music room to slack. then soon it was uh. farewell time! the ppt was hilarious lol. but for me i'd rather they show the unglam italy picture of me LOL. the song played from my fone during the ppt was 'bye bye' by mariah carey. lol bye bye by. okay nvm. then the song was like perfect length! jus moments aft the ppt stopped, the song stopped too omg. and it fits the atmosphere too.
then we all went back to slp for around 2 hours. jus so funny how evryone almost went to slp at the same time. and evryone was at home! not like we gathered at some place. hah then i slpt till like 1850. packed, had dinner, then went out to meet germ and zhengyang at bukit batok! lol then travel to pasir ris! cherie boarded at tiong. lol she and her green apple. oh ya zhengyang brought a dog to the chalet too LOL. then we reached pasir ris at around 2130 i think. bought some cup noodles. germ was interesting haha. she bought two cup noodles of the same flavour and size. but one for 1.20 and another for 1.80. went over to chalet. was bombarded with many qns, many regarding the chalet. they all doubted that it had electricity, water, tv and stuff LOL.
reached the chalet and the first thing we did was watch tv. then play cards for awhile. i had a hard time trying to get them to eat! ROAR. then we finally did, while watching mama mia. halfway, we gave up watching and decided to go to slp, realizing that we need energy for the nxt day for staying up thru the night. and so we slpt at around 2.
nxt morning my alarm rang at 0715. i know cherie woke up. but noone else did. so i suppose dont wake up first lol. in the end we all woke at 8. amelia came like 16 minutes aft we woke up. lol lucky ah. if not she come that time we still aslp then she'll be damn awk. then they played mahjong while i went out to watch a dvd. then jiarong came over with our breakfast! haha she was like omg omg all the way, saying that the chalet very nice. then aft breakfast uh. omg what happened ah. ah yes. elope! HAHA the girls all want to play with ___ lor! HAHA. then mahjong plus cards i think. then viewing of FUNNY VIDEOS. hahah. then lunch and then pasir ris park! we got ourselves dizzy. charlene came and it rained! no that wasnt a cause and effect statement lol. then mahjong and cards again hahaha until at night we had bbq. kenghwee calvin and merwyn came over at 8+. watched xiao niang re at 9 then channel u at 10. lol then we went to downtown soon aft that. the girls kept playing that funny game! so the guys tried to stay a safe distance in front of them hahah. reached downtown at around 2340. arcadeeee! haha played alot of the uh dunno wad game. people do keep a look out for RVC's name in arcade machines! then we bought drinks and well, ENCOURAGEMENT from cheers. walked back to chalet at around 1+. cherie gave me too much encouragement. or rather i took too much lol. cos it jus broke off lor! psps.
cherie jiarong amelia went to send the friend back to the chalet. germ was like so happy that they were gone HAHAH. when evrybody was bk, we all took turns showering then sat down to watch sweeney todd and then shutter! cherie was the first to slp. then amelia. germ and jiarong fell aslp during shutter lol. i kept falling aslp at times during shutter. cant stand seeing that creature crawling around in the film la. disgusting. so i hereby conclude, when one is too tired, horror movies cant affect them! so we went to slp at 6 LOL. woke up at 0830 and started packing up. kenghwee and merwyn went to macs for breakfast. they watched dora the explorer aft packing up lol. amelia did smth funny when we were abt to leave the chalet! she only said goodbye to ____! HAHA. i realised we didnt take any group photo inside the chalet, nor any pics of the chalet. haha.
went to pasir ris park to cycle for 2 hours. 2 bad things happened. chain broke and drop, then basket broke! ROAR. then so funny. forgot who commented that kenghwee look like countryside boy. lol. then he was riding a pink bike! then his basket contained all our valuables worth over 1k! lucky he nvr cycle into the sea. haha returned the bikes and WALKED over to downtown again for arcade. wanted to go escape one! but seems like not many ppl were interested! ate at superdog while the girls went CRAZY again. soggy and thin fries. hah. exceptionally juicy, exquisitely wrinkled, and one mre lol. regarding a split or smth right. haha. hmph and they keep suaning me say what lucky HE dont have my genes(u make me sound like his father anw lol). like i said many times, to conclude, im the worst! LOL. then we went back home roar. amelia went back home from pasir ris. kenghwee alighted at raffles place. cherie at tiong. jiarong at clementi. then zhengyang calvin merwyn germ and i alighted at je. the train came and many other commuters stayed on the platform. so i was thinking maybe it stops at yew tee, which actually means we can take. i realised that fact and then chiong onto the train. merwyn too. then jus nice the door closed behind us. Zzz. and so i woke up today morning at around 9. saw that my fone had 5 messages. fell aslp again then woke up at around 10.
choir camp and chalet was fun. i want tis week to replay itself.
and i jus realised the weather was super good all these days. it only rained on thurs thats all. and while im typing tis, its raining. so jus nice all our activities werent affected! yay!
