I shall post on stuff that happened in 2008, hopefully in chronological order.

1. Penang! (17/1-20/1)
The performance was quite weird for me! Actually I lost my voice the week before Penang. It only came back to me the day we performed. So halfway through Il Est Bel Et Bon, tonnes of phlegm suddenly, uh, travelled upwards. Then I had to mouth the lyrics plus clear my throat at the same time! And oh I think I stood beside William :D Then came Karimatanu Kuicha! The claps seemed so luan4. Then suddenly I heard what sounded like the best stamp we've done. Haha I felt surprised and happy and a smile appeared immediately on my face. And this trip proved to be the start of being locked out of my hotel room.

2. Birthday! (27/2)
Okay I was honestly touched, regarding the presents. Okay shan't say anymore.

3. Italy! (14/3-23/3)
Oh how should I phrase it. I love this trip. The rehearsals in hotel. The walk around their streets finding stuff to buy. The spamming of chocolates(LOL). The first time I talked to Jiarong and Amelia in 3 years LOL. Well, I realised they were friendly people. Before that I found Amelia SUPER intimidating(:X). Eating of Kinder Bueno(along with the discovery of that amusing toy to simulate, uh, passing of motion!). Some bought Gran Sopresa though, and it proved to consist of interesting toys too! The jokes that Ruth, Toilette and I shared(yoghurt -SPURTS-). The natural air-conditioning for yoghurt. Oh the love.

4. GPA of 2.0
Interrogated by teacher! They claimed that I play computer games. Yeah right.

5. Eczema worsens (11/5)
I woke up to see a bloody bedsheet. Leg and hand bleeding rather badly. Infection. Fever. Went to hospital that night. Missed 2 days of school aka 4 Mid-Yr Papers.

6. Preparations for Dunman High Exchange + June Camp
It was real fun, meeting in school early in the morning and all. Buying of logistics. Crapping with choir people. I still think Captain's Ball was fun with all those strings!

7. Dunman High Exchange + June Camp (27/5 and (2/6)
Both were fun! Haha I became a lunch delivery man along with Yu Jun. And yeah I was aware that I didn't go up and speak to the choir.

8. Interview (4/6)
Ah. Haha. Okay nothing much about it, except that the fact of me not going up to speak to the choir was used.

9. OBS Checkup (1,2,3 or 4/7)
Encountered problems ROAR.

10. Entrepreneurship course (21/7-23/7)
Stuck in school when almost all the year3s went for OBS! Zzz. I was quite happy that they were under the hot sun while I was in the aircon room playing Monopoly Tycoon! But of course deep down I still wanted to go for OBS ):

11. Hospital Checkup(21/8)
Dreaded this day like shit man. A vaguely plus side was I get to miss school for that day.

12. GPA Improvement!
YAY I improved and I'm damn happy because I reached my goal, and did far better than I expected!

13. EOY Holidays
I found it well spent on CHOIR. Yay yay.

and so on tues, i woke up at like 715 when i was supposed to wake at 8. then i cldnt go bk to slp la! Zzz.

and so i woke up early and decided to go out early too. at first was supposed to take 188, then change to 963, then change to mrt, then change to 963 again.

okay so i reached the 963 bus stop like prolly 20 mins early. waited waited until 726Y came. and so i boarded. strawberry bus again huh! stares at ______

reached vivo. heard that kenghwee reached at 8+. met up with kenghwee. then amelia came. and soon enough(LOL), cherie too.

somehow we all didnt go to sentosa since quite a few ppl weren't that keen. so went to sky garden thr to sit down. shoot shek marry, heart attack and i dunno what. then we decided to go for lunch before going sentosa

cup noodles at 7/11 lol. plus ruth and her melon ice cream. then we went to get e tickets for sentosa. seemed like kenghwee was very insistent on NOT going. even seemed on the verge of crying. okay so in the end he didnt go, saying he cant fall sick.

so we went over to the venue which jiarong's station for june camp was located at. lucky no weird creatures crawling over our stuff. hahaha. play water la. lao hong volleyball la. catch fish la. catch jellyfish(omg) la. catch crab la. then i really think that ruth rly came out from IMH recently. she and her unusual love for sand and crab catching and attempts at mudskippers. oh and she made a mermaid too!

and so they buried me too. the sand felt oh so warm. super comfortable. and well. itchy. and. heavy too. hard to breathe. please dont laugh at any pics u might see of it lol. i strongly believe germ has a future in plastic surgery.

and so aft i got tau pok-ed by them, i got out and then tried to wash myself in the sea but it was too cold. then some of them come spray water on me it was OMG damn cold. kept shivering like shiat. washed up and went bk vivo for dinner.

pastamania! i realised sharing of food somehow feeeels mre worth it. or maybe its jus xin li zuo yong. felt super duper hungry and helped finish food from jiarong and germ. felt like a pig la.

then took 963 to BPP. lagged jus a while at macs then decided to go home since not many ppl can lag. and so i reached home. felt super super super super dehydrated.

oh yes and beware of ppl making love in the sea at sentosa. gross. make love okay la! but no need from left float to right, right? trying to spread your love ah! i agree with amelia. u dunno whats in the water alr.



and so its xmas now anw. weikai's a funny guy. why must he leave!

ONE Recently, when I went to McDonald's I saw on the menu that you could have an order of 6, 9 or 12 Chicken McNuggets. I asked for a half dozen nuggets. "We don't have half dozen nuggets," said the teenager at the counter. "You don't?" I replied. "We only have six, nine, or twelve," was the reply. "So I can't order a half dozen nuggets, but I can order six?" "That's right." So I shook my head and ordered six McNuggets.


TWO I was checking out at the local Wal-Mart with just a few items and the lady behind me put her things on the belt close to mine. I picked up one of those "dividers" that they keep by the cash register and placed it between our things so they wouldn't get mixed. After the girl had scanned all of my items, she picked up the "divider", looking it all over for the bar code so she could scan it. Not finding the bar code she said to me, "Do you know how much this is?" I said to her "I've changed my mind, I don't think I'll buy that today." She said "OK," and I paid her for the things and left. She had no clue to what had just happened.


THREE A lady at work was seen putting a credit card into her floppy drive and pulling it out very quickly. When I inquired as to what she was doing, she said she was shopping on the Internet and they kept asking for a credit card number, so she was using the ATM "thingy."


FOUR I recently saw a distraught young lady weeping beside her car. "Do you need some help?" I asked. She replied, "I knew I should have replaced the battery to this remote door unlocker. Now I can't get into my car. Do you think they (pointing to a distant convenience store) would have a battery to fit this?" "Hmmm, I dunno. Do you have an alarm, too?" I asked. "No, just this remote thingy," she answered, handing it and the car keys to me. As I took the key and manually unlocked the door, I replied, "Why don't you drive over there and check about the batteries. It's a long walk."


FIVE Several years ago, we had an Intern who was none too swift. One day she was typing and turned to a secretary and said, "I'm almost out of typing paper. What do I do?" "Just use copier machine paper," the secretary told her. With that, the intern took her last remaining blank piece of paper, put it on the photocopier and proceeded to make five "blank" copies.


SIX I was in a car dealership a while ago, when a large motor home was towed into the garage. The front of the vehicle was in dire need of repair and the whole thing generally looked like an extra in "Twister." I asked the manager what had happened. He told me that the driver had set the "cruise control" and then went in the back to make a sandwich.


SEVEN My neighbor works in the operations department in the central office of a large bank. Employees in the field call him when they have problems with their computers. One night he got a call from a woman in one of the branch banks who had this question: "I've got smoke coming from the back of my terminal. Do you guys have a fire downtown?"


EIGHT Police in Radnor, Pa., interrogated a suspect by placing a metal colander on his head and connecting it with wires to a photocopy machine. The message "He's lying" was placed in the copier, and police pressed the copy button each time they thought the suspect wasn't telling the truth. Believing the "lie detector" was working, the suspect confessed.


NINE A mother calls 911 very worried asking the dispatcher if she needs to take her kid to the emergency room, the kid was eating ants. The dispatcher tells her to give the kid some Benadryl and should be fine, the mother says, I just gave him some ant killer..... Dispatcher: Rush him in to emergency!

haha. on monday and tues, kenghwee calvin ruth and i went to calvin's void deck and sang many many choir songs! and we sang sohran bushi. lol i can imagine the ppl staying there thinking why people must sing when their shou3 lan4 lol okay lame and then came as torrents in summer. and some guy drinking beer came up to us and said merry christmas! hahahahaha damn funny la. then we laughed like shit. on wed we went to tiong thr de park to sing too! haha sorta regret singing while sitting.

and omg today morning at commonwealth mrt i saw smth horribly disgusting. i saw a man walk up to the dustbin de ashtray. then he took up one of the cigarettes inside, used the cigarette in his mouth to light the one picked up from the dustbin, and then smoke with the 'new' cigarette YUCKS.

4 out of 7 days of this full singing week down. 3 more to go!

and omg i had a freaking horrible dream. i was in this horrible lift and someone horrible was in the lift too. i dont rmbr who that was but it was someone i know. he kept playing around in the horrible lift and the horrible lift shook like crazy. suddenly the lift just freaking dropped. i look up at the display showing the floor the lift is at, and i vaguely rmbr seeing its in metres, not floors. it just kept dropping and then going up and then dropping and going up. i think it started from 70+m. then drooooooooooooooooooop like 40m then go up 30 then drop 40m that kind of thing within seconds. come to think of it, my body wld have been shortened by the intense Gs experienced. anw omg i was like praying no no no dont drop to 0 please please. it jus keep going down...60m...50m... soon it went to 10m omg please please. then it jus kept going till i vaguely rmbr my last sight of this world was the display showing 0m. then i blacked out omg. it was horrible cos uh i had to forcefully give up evrythng i had in this world and stop evrythng i was doing and stuff. and well i guess i died o_o then i dont rmbr what happened nxt. until well, i was brought to a place i suppose was heaven lol. then i rmbr flying around the place and stuff. lucky i woke up soon enough hah. freaked me out la the lift part. omgggg.

and haha im rather happy cos i saw my primary school friend at choa chu kang! like suddenly someone coming to me and well, stare at me, asking if i was weiping haha

okay so on the morning of the camp, me and ruth met first at je and went to school. saw kenghwee running back to bus stop. then he told us he going home to get choir fund. i was like huh 15 dollars only go back home for what, jus go borrow la. then ruth reminded me he was the treasurer and that his choir fund prolly means THE choir fund. lol and so he came back at around 12+ dunno why. haha. and anw my group's attendance was hilarious. 2 out of 6 people came, excl the facilitators. and due to that, my group was split into 2 and each pair went to diff groups. gina and i went to group 4, chingxing and xuewen went to group 5. then gina swopped with yuanfang. so my group had yuning tszkiu yuanfang hanee qinhui kenghwee and me! at first kenghwee wasnt thr ma. so super awk for me. how to talk to 5 girls whom im nt familiar with! then okay la went to queensway to have lunch. groups 1,3,4,5 were there i think. 1 and 4(mine) went to macs, 3 and 5 went to have curry chicken. and so we brainstormed for the performance. it was so damn funny la LOL. lucky in the end kenghwee and i didnt have the role of the uh. newly wed couple LOL. then we went anchor point to buy sweets for the performance. yujun also helped us buy some. then i nvr saw the sweets again ROAR. went back to school.

firstly, captain underpants! haha nvr did i expect them to be so enthu and hiong! hahahah. so throughout the game we saw socks, scotchtape balls, toilet rolls, candles and even radish flying all about! damn funny la ahhaha. i thought my group was alr good enough to get 1845 points. then germ's group got like 5100+! hah.

second! we had music trove! heard people say that "time to say goodbye" sung by andrea bocelli was a hideous song. lol anw the group that was searching for it was dragged down by him lor lol. then kenghwee ran around the school hiding again. my group was first for that!

then we had uhhhh prison break! omg my memory's failing me even though the camp took place a mere 4 days ago. super fun game! kept getting caught by group 1. then they had many yellow tapes on the back of their score sheet lol. we had a pathetic 5 tapes while they had 51. seeeee, this proves that central locations are easily targetted by surrounding areas. fun game too!

had a break from 5-6. calvin, junjie(sit outside cont classroom emo), pekkhoon, chingxing and i went to settle our night trail station. i assume my group discussed for the performance lol.

then we were late for dinner roar. i felt really turned off by the food. or maybe tis was the start of my loss of appetite.

then campfire! i helped calvin with his station at the grandstand. yes people, imo thats the scariest. could hear all the groups screaming away even though we were at container classrooms. heard that mingjun did smth disgusting here huhs. so disappointed with him hahah.

then aft that i went to get my speakers and stuff. then hid outside the hall. u noe, the place outside, thats in between hall and np room? i sat there with calvin and played songs. haha. then went back to my group when it was about time for their performance.

movie screening was up nxt! hidden floors. didnt watch much of it anw. left halfway for night trail station. waited quite long for the night trail to start. turned out that we had a hard time scaring the groups LOL so in the end we decided to jus let the groups sight sing and go. can find sight singing talents ma. lol. gina sang it quite well. then the funny thing is this la. the classroom had no traps whatsoever. nor anyth scary! then some groups had trouble even getting past the door LOL. jus nice the dustbin was behind the door. hubert opened the door and the dustbin sorta pushed it back. then the whole group thought thr was someone behind the door lol. tszkiu was clever enough to jus shine a torch under the door and realise it was an unscary red thingy behind the door. so i was stuck in that thingy for maybe an hour and a half. without aircon, with windows closed and stuff. imagine how dehydrated i was. trail finished at around 1245 i think. then debrief and stuff until 0120. first we went to take a shower. super cold laaaaa. then decided not to slp. went to the hall to slack. walked the track listening to angry person speak. angry here actually means uh. super angry la! omg haha. walk walk walk walk walk many many rounds. prolly near 4km. ha then sat down at the swing listen to that person speak. kept ruth amanda and i awake. till he left at around 0430. then we started feeling slpy! went to slp at 5, saying that we'll wake up at 6. i did. but the other 2 didnt. amanda's alarm was audible thruout the whole hall lol.

okay then woke up at like 7. packed as bmt ppl were coming in. played elope! kaisong came and his hair was so cute! kenghwee and mingjun too! LOL. then had breakfast. didnt eat much. loss of appetite. then we had small games like cat and mouse! super funny la! esp when mingjun was the mouse. the group will jus welcome the cat in LOL. then scavenger hunt. hohoho. my group was the first again! but we had such a hard time searching for our prize. then in the end it was on a freaking plant that was shorter than us! ROAR. went back to music room to slack. then soon it was uh. farewell time! the ppt was hilarious lol. but for me i'd rather they show the unglam italy picture of me LOL. the song played from my fone during the ppt was 'bye bye' by mariah carey. lol bye bye by. okay nvm. then the song was like perfect length! jus moments aft the ppt stopped, the song stopped too omg. and it fits the atmosphere too.

then we all went back to slp for around 2 hours. jus so funny how evryone almost went to slp at the same time. and evryone was at home! not like we gathered at some place. hah then i slpt till like 1850. packed, had dinner, then went out to meet germ and zhengyang at bukit batok! lol then travel to pasir ris! cherie boarded at tiong. lol she and her green apple. oh ya zhengyang brought a dog to the chalet too LOL. then we reached pasir ris at around 2130 i think. bought some cup noodles. germ was interesting haha. she bought two cup noodles of the same flavour and size. but one for 1.20 and another for 1.80. went over to chalet. was bombarded with many qns, many regarding the chalet. they all doubted that it had electricity, water, tv and stuff LOL.

reached the chalet and the first thing we did was watch tv. then play cards for awhile. i had a hard time trying to get them to eat! ROAR. then we finally did, while watching mama mia. halfway, we gave up watching and decided to go to slp, realizing that we need energy for the nxt day for staying up thru the night. and so we slpt at around 2.

nxt morning my alarm rang at 0715. i know cherie woke up. but noone else did. so i suppose dont wake up first lol. in the end we all woke at 8. amelia came like 16 minutes aft we woke up. lol lucky ah. if not she come that time we still aslp then she'll be damn awk. then they played mahjong while i went out to watch a dvd. then jiarong came over with our breakfast! haha she was like omg omg all the way, saying that the chalet very nice. then aft breakfast uh. omg what happened ah. ah yes. elope! HAHA the girls all want to play with ___ lor! HAHA. then mahjong plus cards i think. then viewing of FUNNY VIDEOS. hahah. then lunch and then pasir ris park! we got ourselves dizzy. charlene came and it rained! no that wasnt a cause and effect statement lol. then mahjong and cards again hahaha until at night we had bbq. kenghwee calvin and merwyn came over at 8+. watched xiao niang re at 9 then channel u at 10. lol then we went to downtown soon aft that. the girls kept playing that funny game! so the guys tried to stay a safe distance in front of them hahah. reached downtown at around 2340. arcadeeee! haha played alot of the uh dunno wad game. people do keep a look out for RVC's name in arcade machines! then we bought drinks and well, ENCOURAGEMENT from cheers. walked back to chalet at around 1+. cherie gave me too much encouragement. or rather i took too much lol. cos it jus broke off lor! psps.

cherie jiarong amelia went to send the friend back to the chalet. germ was like so happy that they were gone HAHAH. when evrybody was bk, we all took turns showering then sat down to watch sweeney todd and then shutter! cherie was the first to slp. then amelia. germ and jiarong fell aslp during shutter lol. i kept falling aslp at times during shutter. cant stand seeing that creature crawling around in the film la. disgusting. so i hereby conclude, when one is too tired, horror movies cant affect them! so we went to slp at 6 LOL. woke up at 0830 and started packing up. kenghwee and merwyn went to macs for breakfast. they watched dora the explorer aft packing up lol. amelia did smth funny when we were abt to leave the chalet! she only said goodbye to ____! HAHA. i realised we didnt take any group photo inside the chalet, nor any pics of the chalet. haha.

went to pasir ris park to cycle for 2 hours. 2 bad things happened. chain broke and drop, then basket broke! ROAR. then so funny. forgot who commented that kenghwee look like countryside boy. lol. then he was riding a pink bike! then his basket contained all our valuables worth over 1k! lucky he nvr cycle into the sea. haha returned the bikes and WALKED over to downtown again for arcade. wanted to go escape one! but seems like not many ppl were interested! ate at superdog while the girls went CRAZY again. soggy and thin fries. hah. exceptionally juicy, exquisitely wrinkled, and one mre lol. regarding a split or smth right. haha. hmph and they keep suaning me say what lucky HE dont have my genes(u make me sound like his father anw lol). like i said many times, to conclude, im the worst! LOL. then we went back home roar. amelia went back home from pasir ris. kenghwee alighted at raffles place. cherie at tiong. jiarong at clementi. then zhengyang calvin merwyn germ and i alighted at je. the train came and many other commuters stayed on the platform. so i was thinking maybe it stops at yew tee, which actually means we can take. i realised that fact and then chiong onto the train. merwyn too. then jus nice the door closed behind us. and so i went home. first thing, shower! watched e 7pm channel u show. went to use the com, initially planning to use it till like 9, then watch xiao niang re and then channel u at 10pm. the com had problems, so i restarted it. i went to lie on the bed while waiting, so yeah u know what happened nxt. i fell aslp! Zzz. and so i woke up today morning at around 9. saw that my fone had 5 messages. fell aslp again then woke up at around 10.

choir camp and chalet was fun. i want tis week to replay itself.

and i jus realised the weather was super good all these days. it only rained on thurs thats all. and while im typing tis, its raining. so jus nice all our activities werent affected! yay!

and so here are some things i rmbr from the trip to taipei. i'm lazy to type out all the events from the trip

1. there's this big commercial with the letters TIT spelt out biggggg on a poster. it stands for Town In Town. but its jus funny

2. i was on this taxi and there was a conversation going on. the radio person was a woman, talking to a guy. she kept 'mmm'-ing to the guys words, which sounded horribly funny

okay sorry for the slantedness in those 2 points

3. the taxis there are so diverse in their looks. seems like yellow's the only similarity. i saw many taxis being modded and tuned differently, having different type of spoilers and all.

4. walking to the ShiDa night market, i saw a beggar on the road. lying FACE DOWN. tied to his/her legs with metal chains are a basket for ppl to uh. throw money into. ppl jus walked past her. disturbing scene

5. i was on the escalator and saw 2 weirdly dressed ppl on the downward escalator while i was on the upward one. then naturally i o_o-ed them. since we were on opposite sides, my expression was seen by two lesbian-looking ppl behind the original 2 ppl. those lesbians stared at me

6. while going thru the market, i saw this super cute white cuddly dog with a bumble bee uh. shirt? haha the dogs there all need to wear stuff to keep warm as the temperatures are an average of 15degC

7. i saw a chinese with afro. yucks

8. walking past a uh. shop. i saw an old man eating his meal outside and looking into the shop. guess what shop it is

9. i went to the train station to book tickets. and i heard a person sneeze. the sound was so loud it echoed throughout the station

10. i followed tis tour and the driver of the van had problems pronouncing letters like F and Y. so he pronounced stuff like 北风吹来 as bei hong chui lai. and he pronounced stuff like ye4先生 as eh xian sheng. i noe its bad of me to laugh at him like that. but when u hear it, ur bound to laugh.

11. when we had to check out, we had to make sure we had evrythng with us, leaving nth behind ma. then the moment my dad locked the door, i joked that i saw an underwear being left behind, loudly. then omg a room cleaner was jus nxt door and i jus ran down stairs

12. there was a channel teaching ppl how to speak english and stuff. okayy evrythng went quite well until it went for commercial. "comming up ..."

13. there was tis guy in XiMenDing who went around the dustbins and picked up specifically macs drinks. then he jus drank from it. hello it was like from the dustbin!

14. i saw quite a number of transexuals

15. i saw vanessa(3G) in XiMenDing
