and so here are some things i rmbr from the trip to taipei. i'm lazy to type out all the events from the trip
1. there's this big commercial with the letters TIT spelt out biggggg on a poster. it stands for Town In Town. but its jus funny
2. i was on this taxi and there was a conversation going on. the radio person was a woman, talking to a guy. she kept 'mmm'-ing to the guys words, which sounded horribly funny
okay sorry for the slantedness in those 2 points
3. the taxis there are so diverse in their looks. seems like yellow's the only similarity. i saw many taxis being modded and tuned differently, having different type of spoilers and all.
4. walking to the ShiDa night market, i saw a beggar on the road. lying FACE DOWN. tied to his/her legs with metal chains are a basket for ppl to uh. throw money into. ppl jus walked past her. disturbing scene
5. i was on the escalator and saw 2 weirdly dressed ppl on the downward escalator while i was on the upward one. then naturally i o_o-ed them. since we were on opposite sides, my expression was seen by two lesbian-looking ppl behind the original 2 ppl. those lesbians stared at me
6. while going thru the market, i saw this super cute white cuddly dog with a bumble bee uh. shirt? haha the dogs there all need to wear stuff to keep warm as the temperatures are an average of 15degC
7. i saw a chinese with afro. yucks
8. walking past a uh. shop. i saw an old man eating his meal outside and looking into the shop. guess what shop it is
9. i went to the train station to book tickets. and i heard a person sneeze. the sound was so loud it echoed throughout the station
10. i followed tis tour and the driver of the van had problems pronouncing letters like F and Y. so he pronounced stuff like 北风吹来 as bei hong chui lai. and he pronounced stuff like ye4先生 as eh xian sheng. i noe its bad of me to laugh at him like that. but when u hear it, ur bound to laugh.
11. when we had to check out, we had to make sure we had evrythng with us, leaving nth behind ma. then the moment my dad locked the door, i joked that i saw an underwear being left behind, loudly. then omg a room cleaner was jus nxt door and i jus ran down stairs
12. there was a channel teaching ppl how to speak english and stuff. okayy evrythng went quite well until it went for commercial. "comming up ..."
13. there was tis guy in XiMenDing who went around the dustbins and picked up specifically macs drinks. then he jus drank from it. hello it was like from the dustbin!
